Please also make sure to include the following info: 1. The Dusk interface you are using, and its version 2. If you are using a web browser version of Dusk, please let us know which browser and its version i.e. Using Firefox v. 18.0.2 (See FAQ thread "How do I know what version my browser is?") 3. The Device/Operating System you are using i.e. Windows 7 PC; iPhone 4 iOS version... etc.
